This role will focus on structured lead generation, pipeline management, direct sales conversations, and coaching the corporate sales team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in agricultural sales, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and the ability to build strong relationships with large farms, corporate farms, partners, and government entities. It also ensures customers maintain sanitation and hygiene standards and pay their monthly service fee.
